The company

Our company was founded in Ponferrada (León) in 1997 as the personal project of technical architect Carlos López Álvarez, building on long experience in the construction sector at the head of a family business.

Since then the company has kept growing and widening its area of work, and today carries out projects in Castilla y León and Galicia. With more than 30 years in the sector, we are a company of recognised standing and financial solvency. From the very beginning, our business philosophy has stood for guaranteed construction, backed equally by our buildings and by our satisfied clients.

Our team brings long professional experience and, through its effort and dedication, delivers buildings of the highest quality with unbeatable value for money.
